Beachcomber's Shandrani Resort and Spa in Mauritius has been voted one of the world's top 100 resorts out of more then 10 000 hotels considered for merit.

The Holly Award was made by TUI, one of Europe's largest tour operators and was based on votes by TUI holidaymakers on their return.

The award was determined by a customer questionnaire where holidaymakers rated hotels for their overall performance and individual facilities.

Shandrani is recognised as Beachcomber's flagship fully inclusive 5-star hotel.

It is a best seller in the South African market where the concept of buying fully inclusive has become more and more attractive for visitors to Mauritius.
