But these are not ordinary lunches, no, we're talking stylish here. Allee Bleue is for those seeking a more elegant and sophisticated take on a day out in the country.

Shaded by an ancient oak tree, tables are clothed in starched white drapery, freshly made picnic baskets are served to you from the picnic gazebo and an ice bucket ensures your wine is always chilled.

Menus are priced at R145 a person and standard baskets are packed for two adults sharing, which includes a vegetarian option. Children are well catered for with a menu priced at R80.
